Are you a food truck, caterer, or business interested in participating on school property at Luxford Elementary? Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) maintains a list of pre-approved vendors who are eligible to operate on campus for events such as festivals, family fun days, and other school-based activities.
- Pre-approval is not required for off-site events (such as Spirit Nights held at your business location).
- Pre-approval is required for any vendor coming onto school property (such as food trucks or on-campus sales).
- Streamlined Approval: Pre-approved vendors can participate in school events without additional district-level paperwork.
- More Opportunities: Get invited to PTA events, fundraisers, and school celebrations throughout the year.
